**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees service events with necessary Field Service Technicians (FST), resources, spare parts and logistics at customer sites.
- Assesses gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus, and works collaboratively with Field Service Technicians and Service Managers or Operations Managers to mitigate issues identified
- Understands all customer requirements and responds to all customer inquiries
- Reviews scopes of work and ensures that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes
- Ensures that required service quality is delivered and health, safety and environmental issues are competently identified and managed
- Manages all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the service management system from quotation to close out to invoicing to cash collection.
- Proactive management or scheduling of open service work to meet or exceed client expectations, including daily management of service backlog and unresolved customer service issues.
- Reviews all service activities and training that is required for the job and ensures that the FST has the appropriate skillset, safety education, travel documents, security clearance, and certifications to complete the requested scope of work
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by the ABB service operations and management teams

**Your background**:

- Associates Degree or High School Diploma with minimum 3 years of direct customer service experience
- Experience in Salesforce, ideally 2+ years
- SAP systems knowledge and experience preferred
- Field service operations experience in an electrical or mechanical product driven organization minimum 2 years
- Direct customer facing experience with scheduling and managing work events
- Detail oriented, highly organized
