**ARE YOU THE CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST OUR TEAM NEEDS?**

**WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?**
Your full-time **hybrid **schedule will align with our operating hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm to 8am EST - 7pm EST
As a Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for children with autism. Throughout the day, you'll oversee program management, provide mentorship and hands-on training to therapists, and engage in parent training sessions. Your expertise and dedication will drive progress, reduce problem behaviors, and foster growth and connection within our community. With a hybrid schedule, you will also be expected to complete 25 billable hours per week as well as small caseloads.
