About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). While preference will be given to candidates who are already credentialed as an RBT, we are open to considering the right candidate for training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA instruction using individualized curriculum designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Communicate with parents regarding ABA treatment
  • Collect, graph, and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data under BCBA supervision
  • Write detailed session notes
  • Be punctual and prepared for sessions
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • RBT credential required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean background check
  • Motivated to learn and grow in the field
  • Patient and strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
