Regional Director of ABA Programs

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee the growth and development of our ABA programs in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, and North Liberty, IA locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and management of caseload capacities, authorization hours, and center efficiencies
  • Mentorship of direct reports, including clinical staff and leadership development
  • Learner and family engagement, including supervision of clinical programming audits and insurance reports
  • Capacity planning, including communication with Senior Director of Clinical Operations and coordination of intake evaluations
  • Stakeholder relations, including communication with external and internal stakeholders and coordination of hiring efforts
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a field related to behavior analysis
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • 5+ years of experience in ABA, including management and supervision experience
  • Exemplary leadership, mentoring, organization, clinical, and problem-solving skills
