**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: Provide comprehensive support to the sales commercial team for the achievement of sales and margin objectives.

Assist management and commercial personnel in sales-related activities.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain effective communication.

Address customer needs and handle routine correspondence.

Update CRM system with accurate customer information and sales data.

Manage and maintain up-to-date pricing information.

Manage administrative tasks and reporting to facilitate the sales process.

Compile sales reports and perform administrative duties as needed.

Comply with Safety, Health, and Environment standards.

**YOUR PROFILE**: Matric

A tertiary qualification in a commercial field or related sciences is preferred.

3-5 years relevant experience

Sound knowledge of business analytics

SAP knowledge advantageous

Previous experience in a similar commercial or sales support role is advantageous.

Experience working with CRM systems and familiarity with the sales lifecycle.

Knowledge of the Chemical industry, beneficial
