Logistics Customer Service Representative

Must have the following experience:

- Logistics, 3PL
- Routing
- Customer Service
- Creating BOL'S
- Customer interaction
- Process all customer orders in accordance with customer specifications.
- Process all customer inbound product shipments; enter product into inventory using customer's computer system or Weber systems.
- Receive and processes all order releases, including systems update and customer notification.
- Maintain positive customer relationship by responding to all inquiries and complaints regarding invoices, shipments, or inventory counts.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of materials management, 3PL, distribution center, supply chain, warehouse management, procure, process improvement, order fulfillment, e-commerce, and category management is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
