Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve sewer and drain issues using Roto-Rooter equipment and tools.
- Provide cost estimates and close sales to customers.
- Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smartphone.
- Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
- A valid driver's license.
- Effective communication skills.
- A mechanical aptitude is desirable, but prior experience is not necessary.
- A competitive hourly rate of $16.00 during training.
- Hourly pay rate at or above the minimum wage for all hours worked.
- The potential to earn commissions at the rate of 16-22% of revenue, depending on the revenue category.
- Commissions ranging from $10 to $155 for selling products and treatments.
