Website & Social Media - This function includes but is not limited to:

- Maintain organization website updating current events, economic resources, site selection, investors, programs, and other information to be a dynamic one stop for Economic Development information.
- Update social media regularly.
- Monitor, understand, and present website and social media analytics.

Program & Event Management - This function includes but is not limited to:

- Assist or plan, coordinate, and develop Progress Lakeshore events, fundraising initiatives, and events with partner organizations.
- Identify, when appropriate, revenue earning opportunities
- Assist in development and maintain event budgets.
- Assist in the planning and marketing of Progress Lakeshore programs.

Meetings - This function includes but is not limited to:

- Attend marketing committee meetings.
- Responsible for meeting agendas with support of the Executive Director.
- Responsible for meeting minutes with support of committee chair.
- Attend event specific meetings (Awards Breakfast, Local Box, pitch contest, entrepreneur programs, etc.)
- Outside marketing function meetings (such as video and promotional meetings.)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: Associates Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field from an accredited school.
- Experience in design, Word Press website design, other graphic design software (Adobe, Canva, or similar.)
- Minimum one to three years of office experience.
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately. Proofreading skills also required.
- Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately.
- Demonstrated proficient expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- Ability to maintain and update Word Press website.
- Social media management ability (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, others)
- CRM experience (Hubspot preferred, but not required.)
- Other Requirements:

- Ability to adjust schedule to accommodate activities, events and special functions.
- Maintain Reliable transportation.

- Administrative and Other Duties - This function includes, but is not limited to other administrative duties, as necessary, for the job function or as requested by the Executive Director.

**Level of Authority**
- This position works under the direction of the Executive Director of Progress Lakeshore, complies with the Articles of Incorporation, and follows the Corporation By-Laws.

**Physical Requirements**
- No high physical demands; most work performed while seated; occasional travel.

**Working Conditions**
- Clean, well lit, well equipped office; periods of time spent out of the office to support various events, functions and client services.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
