Customer Experience Specialist

Bartow Builders is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our company is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Manage the entire customer experience from start to finish, ensuring that our standards of premier project management and communication are upheld.
  • Marketing: Coordinate the company's marketing efforts, positioning Bartow Builders as an expert in the industry and creating a premier customer experience before the customer even interacts with us.
Essential Functions:
  1. Ownership of the lead process, gathering information from prospective leads and entering it into our CRM/Project Management portal.
  2. Vetting prospective customers to determine fit with our business model.
  3. Assigning leads to a Business Development Manager if fit is determined, and monitoring activities to ensure customers are being communicated with weekly.
  4. Answering questions and inquiries from customers, keeping them informed of any changes and providing follow-up and support.
  5. Setting up and inviting customers to our BuilderTrend platform, ensuring they understand its functionality and providing any necessary support.
  6. Providing touch-base with customers at key points during the construction process to solicit feedback, ask for referrals, and answer any questions.
  7. Looking for value-add opportunities and executing delivery, such as sending customers flowers for major family events or sending hand-written thank you cards after contracting.
  8. Scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, or otherwise communicating information as directed.
  9. Tracking and updating sales metrics at the direction of the Operations Manager, preparing a periodic dashboard for management review.
  10. Preparing weekly BDM Meeting reports, taking notes, and updating the meeting reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Strong capability to use phones, computers, printers, and other common office equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Administrative Experience
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment, and the employee may be occasionally exposed to extreme conditions at construction job sites.
