**Job Title: Data Entry Clerk**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Process incoming shipments designated for pick-up (will call)
- Organize and prepare calibration certificates for packet creation.
- Type in data provided directly from customers with precision and accuracy.
- Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without errors.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update existing data.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Sort and organize paperwork after data entry to prevent loss.
- Perform clerical duties, provide customer service, and maintain files as needed.
- Track and monitor onsite paperwork to ensure production deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports on activities and obstacles for upper management.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, and Billing departments.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 3+ years of continuous experience in data entry.
- Typing speed 35-45 WPM
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing error-free work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday
- Friday, 8- hour shifts

**Pay**: $18.50- $25.00

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
