**Responsibilities**:

- Transform data from paper into digital files or databases with accuracy in a fast-paced lab.
- Input data provided by calibration technicians and verify it by comparing it to source documents.
- Craft error-free spreadsheets with large volumes of figures.
- Sort and organize paperwork post-data entry to prevent loss.
- Monitor orders and notify customer service of any backorders.
- Prepare gauges for delivery, including labelling, packaging, or dip sealing.
- Perform general office duties to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management, control, and labeling of each calibrated item.
- Keep the work area organized and clean for maximum technician efficiency.
- Work together with the team to enhance workflow and provide vital administrative support.
- Keep the lab clean and orderly.
- Help prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Perform other essential duties as needed.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 3+ years of continuous experience in data entry.
- Typing speed 35-45 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing error-free work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Type**:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

**Pay**:
$18.50-$25.00 per hour
