**Job Title: Data Entry Clerk**

**Position Overview**:
We are on the hunt for a Data Entry Clerk to join our vibrant team in Chatsworth. If you’re detail-oriented, love a good spreadsheet, and can communicate like a pro, this could be the perfect role for you Your main mission? Accurately transfer data, maintain our databases, and support our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transform paper data into digital gold with precision and accuracy.
- Process incoming shipments designated for pick-up (will call).
- Organize and prepare calibration certificates like a pro.
- Create and manage error-free spreadsheets with tons of figures.
- Verify data against source documents and update as needed.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files upon request.
- Perform regular backups to keep our data safe and sound.
- Sort and organize paperwork post-data entry to prevent loss.
- Handle clerical duties and maintain files as needed.
- Track and monitor paperwork to meet deadlines.
- Prepare reports on activities and challenges for upper management.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, and Billing departments.
- Dive into other duties as deemed necessary.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 3+ years of current continuous experience in data entry.
- Typing speed of 35-45 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel.
- Sharp-eyed attention to detail for error-free work.
- Stellar communication skills for smooth interactions with team members and stakeholders.
- Top-notch organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday
- Friday, 8- hour shifts

**Pay**: $18.50- $25.00

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
