**Position Overview**:
As a Laboratory Technician Admin Assistant, you'll be the glue that holds our laboratory together. You'll juggle administrative tasks, manage calibration certificates, and get hands-on experience with equipment. From inventory management to customer service, you'll ensure our lab runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and review calibration certificates.
- Efficiently handle data entry tasks.
- Monitor orders and notify customer service of any backorders.
- Prepare gages for delivery, including packaging or dip sealing.
- Perform general office duties to keep us organized.
- Aid in inventory management and control.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance workflow.
- Provide admin support for the calibration team.
- Assist in electrical equipment calibration and testing, under supervision.
- Maintain lab cleanliness and orderliness.
- Help prepare technical reports and documentation.
- And more exciting tasks as assigned

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 2-3 years of continuous prior employment.
- Must type at least 45 WPM
- Commitment to a long-term role with no growth track, ideal for those seeking stability and consistency in their career.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing error-free work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday
- Friday, 8- hour shifts
