We are seeking a Front Office Manager to join our team. This position will oversee the financial aspect of our dental practice. This position will manage an administrative staff of four and will assist our Clinical Manager with staffing and patient flow to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Front Office Manager's main responsibilities include:

- Employs transparent and thorough communication with our patients regarding anticipated copays and treatment sequence through our front desk
- Enforces clear documentation from all involved staff members
- Ensures claims are submitted cleanly and accurately to avoid unnecessary delays
- Insurance follow-up regarding patient-related appeals and grievances
- Submits pre-estimates to catch misquotes and non-covered services prior to rendered services, and communicates these findings with patients and providers
- Track patient A/R and orchestrate timely communication with patients early and regularly to resolve financial disputes.

This will be a hybrid front desk and managerial role - involving check-ins/check-outs, orchestrating accurate data entry and updates from patients, collecting patient copays, and scheduling patient appointments by phone and in person. You will be working alongside those that you manage

Required experience: Eaglesoft PMS (3+ years required); Dental Office Manager experience(3+ years required); Extensive knowledge and experience with dental insurance(claims, pre-estimates, and verification); Previous patient A/R experience; Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff, management, and patients; Proficiency in all software required within a dental practice (i.e. communication systems, Microsoft Office, PMS); Proven Customer Service Skills; Ability to manage a variety of tasks within a reasonable time limit - exceptional time management skills are a must; Team-oriented; Ability to train new and existing employees.
