Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn Boston Woburn. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments, key cards, and other related tasks.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage guest accounts, including posting charges, handling payments, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and other services, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office area, with frequent interaction with guests and colleagues.
