**Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure materials, products, and services required by the company
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing
- Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs and requirements
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns
- Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
