Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that promotes positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Execute register operations while leveraging your sales, promotional, and product expertise to enhance add-on sales.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Oversee the sales floor and ensure that all visual merchandising standards are upheld.

- Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages customers to shop.


Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while remaining committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Fashion-forward mindset with awareness of current trends.
- Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Capable of standing and walking during scheduled shifts.
- Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and relocate store fixtures, and lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Competent in reaching for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other tools.
