- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers
- Implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Oversee merchandising and product placement to optimize sales

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of stock management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $39,500.00 - $125,000.00 per year
