Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Management
    • Verify the accuracy of deliveries from the warehouse, including checking cartons and manifests.
    • Report any discrepancies or missing items to management.
    • Ensure that all inventory is accurately received and stored.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain a clean and tidy stockroom, adhering to company standards.
    • Ensure that all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
    • Assist in the preparation for branch stock takes and audits.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including store managers and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of inventory.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
