Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner. You will handle a variety of tasks, manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and putting construction plans together
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external team members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized and productive office environment

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in project coordination is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic clerical tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction administrative: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Spanish (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Key Largo, FL 33037 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
