The Office of the Secretary, Reentry Unit is currently recruiting to fill two Program & Policy Analyst Advanced vacancies located at our central office at 3099 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI.
**Note**: These positions are eligible to work remotely up to 3 days per week.

Position Summary

The other position will manage various contracts and agreements, and coordinate training and continuous quality improvement activities for internal and external partners. This role will also coordinate and support Reentry cross-divisional initiatives including the administration and management of various grant or special projects.
Salary Information

The starting pay is between $54,787 and $90,396 per year, plus excellent benefits. Pay on appointment may vary according to the applicable pay transaction provisions of the compensation plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code. The pay schedule/range is 07-03. A 12-month probationary period is required.
Job Details

The Department of Corrections may conduct pre-employment drug screens. Any applicant who is offered employment in a position which requires a pre-employment drug screen must pass the screen as a contingency to employment. Applicants who fail or refuse the drug screen will not be given further consideration for employment.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimally qualified applicants will have experience**:

- Implementing, facilitating, and/or coordinating programs, initiatives, and/or projects for justice-involved clients.
- Developing and/or implementing policies or procedures.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

In addition to the above, well-qualified applicants will have experience:

- Working with case management or case planning software.
- Providing program/project outcome measures, evaluation, and quality improvement strategies.
