You will learn from our Retirement Plan Director and Pension Plan Administrator with a decade of experience. You will be trained with knowledge and skills in how to service clients with various retirement benefits. An exceptional TPA Assistant may be promoted to a TPA Specialist while growing in the field of retirement planning.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Pension Plan Administrator on helping business clients with pension plan design and administration
- Collect census data from clients to determine eligibility and vesting schedule
- Monitor clients' 401(k) accounts on enrollment and termination processes
- Assist with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ERISA laws and regulations on pension legislation
- Assist with other administrative duties and projects assigned by the Pension Plan Administrator

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
- At least 3~5 years of relevant experience in pension plan setup
- Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Adobe: Acrobat
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
- Active listening skills, patient, and a positive work attitude
