Patient Care Coordinator/dental Receptionist

Experience (administrative, assistant or hygienist) in the dental field is preferred, but not required. Attention to detail and willingness to learn are prerequisites.

Responsibilities will include:

- Patient centered customer service.
- Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors.
- Scheduling patients in person and via phone.
- Case presentation: including presentation and collection of fees.
- Filing of dental benefits and working with patients to maximize benefits.
- Monitoring of doctor(s) and hygienists scheduling.
- Experience with Dentrix software most helpful
- Follow through on patient dental benefit claims.

Position is approximately 36 hours per week and salary and benefits are among the best in the Dane County region.
