Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail, and experience with Inventory Reporting
- 1-2 years of experience in a distribution environment, including one year in invoice/document control administration
- WMS Experience (oracle a plus)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple projects with changing deadlines
- Physical capability to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Essential Tasks:

- Works under general supervision to assist with Inventory Operations
- Follows verbal and written directions, maintaining and updating files, records, and processing documents
- Utilizes basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, learns and operates in the Oracle System, and adapts to other formatted systems as needed
- Uses Forklifts to move inventory
- Cycle counting, inventory management and reporting to leadership

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

- Ability to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds for long durations
- Distribution warehouse environment with moving forklifts and trucks, and a strong smell of tires

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

WORK EXPERIENCE: One to two (1 - 2) years experience in a distribution environment, preferably in the automotive or tire industry.

ACADEMIC/TRAINING: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be a Certified Forklift Driver.

SKILLS: Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as Oracle, detail oriented and self motivated. Must be extremely organized and able to handle multiple projects at one time.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time, stoop, bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for long periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is typical of a distribution warehouse environment where the air is not controlled, with moving forklifts and trucks moving up to loading docks. Strong smell of tires, forklifts and tractor trailer trucks.
