**Position Title**: HIV Prevention Program Coordinator**

**Location**: On-Site/In-Person**

**Reports To**: Executive Director**

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an HIV Prevention Program Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Director to lead and manage a wide range of HIV prevention initiatives, including program coordination, reporting, and event organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Executive Director to plan and execute HIV prevention programs and activities.
- Provide supervision and guidance to program staff.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing City and State Contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for funding agencies.
- Foster effective collaboration with the Finance Department to ensure financial integrity.
- Ensure the consistent implementation of organizational policies and practices.
- Cultivate positive relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, maintaining organized agendas.

Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:

- Proven track record in program coordination or a related role.
- Familiarity with program management and development procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including immigrants and LGBTQ communities.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and high efficiency.
- Social media experience is a plus.

Education:

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
- Master of Public Health (MPH) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
