- THE ROLE:YOUR IMPACT:
- Partners with the Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to execute on the talent acquisition lifecycle.- Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks and drug testing results to Talent Acquisition Partner(s); escalate any discrepancies.- Process onboarding paperwork for newly hired employees; exercise discretion with confidential material.-
- Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and business partners, to assist with recruiting and hiring needs.-
- Support recruiting related events as needed, attending at times.
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent with one (1) or more years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related area.- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.-
