**Position Summary**

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator your role will be vital to the success of BOEL Management's financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Monthly Maine Care billing
- Rebilling Maine Care
- Collections
- Financial Reporting
- Billing Support and Inquiries
- Process Improvement Analysis
- External communication: Communicate with external parties, including auditors, State of Maine, and other stakeholders as needed, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to provide financial information as required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing
- Strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
- Preferred knowledge of relevant computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Point Click Care), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems.
- General knowledge of healthcare laws and regulation.
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs.
