**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**

**TJH Medical Services, PC** is a Queens based physician group network. As one of the largest physician networks in New York City we offer a wide range of specialties and high-quality clinical care in 25 locations throughout Queens. We are currently seeking an experienced **Executive Assistant** for an immediate full-time career opportunity in our Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Specific duties will include**:

- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of OBGYN department, ensuring that plans and procedures are executed in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Preparing correspondences.
- Coordinating and scheduling interdepartmental staff and faculty meetings.
- Calendar management.
- Maintaining efficient scheduling and practice flow to facilitate patient experience.
- Managing and ensuring provider credentialing process.
- Maintaining call and surgery schedule for doctors.
- Preparing bi-weekly payroll for office staff.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum 3-5 years executive administration office experience.
- Must have minimum Associate degree. Bachelor degree preferred.
- Must be computer literate and adept in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**SALARY: $70K- $77K DOE, Plus full Benefits & Paid Time Off**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- executive administration: 3 years (required)
- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint: 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Richmond Hill, NY 11418: Relocate before starting work (required)
