**Description**:
**SUMMARY**: Assist upper management with analysis and research regarding policies, practices, procedures, and operations. This is accomplished by conducting advanced research on best practices; preparing the results of research in presentations for sharing; managing complex projects that can require coordination across departments; formulating, preparing, and monitoring the Department budget; analyzing operating procedures and policies to make recommendations for effectiveness; and serving in a manager capacity when upper management is absent.

On your hire date, you will meet with City's Patient Advocate to receive detailed information on the plans and the appropriate premium cost. Depending on plan selection, you can enroll in the Flexible Spending Program (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
