Position Overview:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Licensed Behavioral Analysts (LBA) to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while making a significant impact in the lives of our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide both direct and indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to various cases.
- Develop, review, and regularly update ABA curriculum plans.
- Create individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client.
- Conduct clinical reviews of reports and session notes consistently.
- Analyze ABA data to implement data-driven modifications to programs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing data and progress for each client under supervision.
- Maintain regular communication with parents to ensure alignment and support.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to uphold the quality of care provided.
- Suggest ways to integrate individualized goals into the family's daily routines.
- Conduct training sessions for parents and staff to enhance understanding and effectiveness.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.


Qualifications:
- BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid Arizona State License.
- Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism.


Benefits:
- Immediate availability of full-time and part-time positions.
- Competitive compensation for part-time roles starting at $115.00 per hour, contingent on caseload, location, and experience.
- Flexible scheduling options including day, afternoon, and evening shifts.
- Attractive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $115,000, based on caseload, location, and experience.
- A sign-on bonus of $1,500.
- Manageable caseloads to ensure quality outcomes and effective supervision.
- Paid time off, inclusive of holidays and maternity/adoption leave.
- Comprehensive dental, vision, and group life insurance fully covered for employees working 20+ hours per week, along with a health MEC plan.
- Additional health coverage for BCBA's working 30+ hours weekly, and full health coverage for full-time salaried BCBA's.
