Position Overview:
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Licensed Behavioral Analysts (LBA) to become part of our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your insights and expertise in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise behavioral therapists both directly and indirectly on assigned cases.
- Develop, review, and regularly update ABA curriculum plans.
- Create and implement behavior intervention strategies.
- Conduct clinical reviews of reports and session notes consistently.
- Analyze ABA data to inform program adjustments.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing client progress and data.
- Maintain regular communication with families.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure high-quality case management.
- Provide recommendations for integrating individualized goals into daily family routines.
- Conduct training sessions for parents and staff.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Valid Arizona State License.
- Experience working with children with autism is essential.

What We Offer:
- Immediate openings for both full-time and part-time positions.
- Competitive hourly rates starting at $115.00, depending on caseload and experience.
- Flexible scheduling options available, including day, afternoon, and evening shifts.
- Annual salary range of $85,000 to $115,000, contingent on caseload and experience.
- A sign-on bonus of $1,500.
- Manageable caseloads to ensure quality supervision and outcomes.
