Valve Sales Prospecting Representative

This is a full-time position with sales prospecting responsibilities and it can be an entry level position. It offers excellent career advancement opportunities in business development, business management and flow control technology field. Product and on-the-job training will be provided.

Primary responsibilities:

- Develop new business and sales opportunities through cold and warm callings.
- Prospecting, identifying and qualifying the targeted potential business customers.
- Initiate outbound calls to the targeted potential business customers and generate sales leads through cold callings with the provided call lists.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Establish rapport with customers, identify their needs, and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
- Work towards achieving sales goals with the sales and business development team.
- Provide timely, accurate, complete account/sales lead data, follow-up updates and prospecting activities updates using CRM and sales management system.
- Provide sales supports and customer services.
- Assist in any other tasks/duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent salesmanship and public relation skills required.
- Excellent phone call, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Demonstrate strong social and presentation skill.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel required.
- Comfortable working independently in a small team office environment to make cold calls and follow-up calls for potential customers.
- Honest, hard working, good sense of responsibility, self-motivated, passionate, initiative, team player, self-discipline, stress tolerance, take ownership, analytical, attention to detail and good work ethics.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
