DCC is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic communications content consultant. The primary focus will be on reviewing and enhancing digital communications content while providing support to IDB Lab's social media platforms.
**What** **you’ll** **do**:
Under the supervision of the Communications Business Partner for IDB Lab in KIC/DCC, the consultant will be responsible for:
- **Content Creation and Editing**:Edit and create content in both English and Spanish for various digital communication channels, including web pages, press releases, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- **Performance** **Monitoring**:Monitor and analyze performance indicators for web and social media metrics. Prepare reports and presentations on the performance of IDB Lab's web and social media channels.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Manage workflow with designers and producers to develop artwork and multimedia content for digital campaigns and provide support in managing the social media content calendar in coordination with IDB Lab's community manager.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**: Develop digital marketing campaigns to promote IDB Lab’s knowledge products and events, and create and edit digital content, implement campaigns, and report on performance.
- **Website Content Management**: Assist in maintaining and creating content for IDB Lab website.
- **Written Communication Material**: Curate, create, and edit written communication material.
**What** **you'll** **need**
- **Education**:Associate degree or equivalent experience in journalism, marketing, communications, business, or other related fields preferred.
- **Experience**:At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- **Languages**:Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
