**Job duties include but are not limited to**:

- Creating onboarding and training materials and systems for our FOH team members
- Managing continued education for the staff
- Using your experience to grow our management team
- Directing service and the FOH team, mastering the reservation system
- Coordinating menu changes with the kitchen
- Creating FOH schedules
- Selling wine during service and helping with monthly inventories
- Curating dining experiences for our guests and problem solving when needed.

The schedule is five days a week and typically 44-48 hours per week.

We are looking for someone with full availability. The restaurant is open seven nights a week for dinner. Salary depends on experience.
