**Stepp’s Heavy Transport** is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated, and fearless Sales Representative. You will play a key role in promoting our services to customers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying new leads and developing relationships with potential customers. If you’re a true go-getter and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect position for you

**This is NOT a remote position.**

**Essential Functions**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Provide quotes and gather information for the sales team to develop pricing or contracts.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop proposals (pricing per pricing guidelines).
- Build exceptional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Management interaction in all departments.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Continuously improve our customer experience through feedback.
- Generate and submit sales and other reports to management.
- Travel to both perspective and current customers’ locations to check in or answer any questions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of growing company revenue as a Sales Representative.
- Knowledge in the heavy haul transportation industry required.
- Knowledge of multi-axle and over dimensional freight, including 11 & 13 axles a plus
- Dependability is a must.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client meetings.
- Prior experience in equipment hauling.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

**Schedule**:
Monday -Friday

**Pay**:
$78,000- $88,000/year
