- Open title orders
- Review & send out search packages to attorneys
- Type commitments
- Manually examine commitments
- Handle commercial files
- Process lender requests; date downs, CPL's, revisions, wire instructions, etc.
- Later date commitments for closings
- Handle all post closing requests
- Order surveys
- Order zoning certs
- Order open item tax bills/estimate redemptions
- Review & approve title clearance (company docs, surveys, trusts, etc.)
- Handle underwriting/title issues or escalate as necessary
- Title consultations
- Pull docs (deeds, etc.) for clients
- **You possess**_
- A High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in title industry required.
- Proven ability to manage daily workload and pipeline in SoftPro Software.
- Attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to review closing packages for accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage and multitask daily workload.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Working knowledge of real estate title and closings.
