- Provide a high level of Customer Service 100% of the time.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable using Quickbooks.
- Track incoming estimates and route estimator geographically using Excel and Internet Maps then conduct follow up calls.
- Open the Office every day, sign out equipment to a handful of workers & answer questions.
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy when entering information in the computer.
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic and stock supplies.
- Proofread their own documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Assist with creating an ongoing calendar of Social Media posts.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.

**Training Provided**

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Trees, Horticulture and/or Gardening a plus yet not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
