The Office Manager will oversee and coordinate office employees to achieve maximum Service Center performance and profit objectives. This role involves supervising and training employees, managing schedules and payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate office employees to achieve maximum Service Center performance and profit objectives
• Hire, discipline, and oversee the training of employees
• Manage clerical personnel and their schedules, workload, and performance
• Manage and approve or deny time off requests
• Audit assigned daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Assist with hiring process in HR Logix Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
• Assist with Customer Service and phone calls
• Coordinate uniform ordering and returns
• Coordinate Safety Award orderings and returns
• Manage, direct, and develop IQ work-group
• Set up for events in the office and Service Center
Requirements:
• Associates Degree in business administration, communications, or a related field, or 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
• Experience in a Customer Service-related environment
• Must have exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
• Must be a self-starter and driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
