Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate daily office operations
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in using various office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and supervision is preferred
- Knowledge of event planning principles is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
