Service Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Review work orders for completeness ensuring all information is accurate
- Coordinate with the Service and Parts Department when work orders are complete and ready to be scheduled
- Process and verify purchase orders against invoices, addressing any discrepancies
- Scan, copy, and file paperwork
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Data entry

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Possess strong problem-solving skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift/carry 30lbs.
- Preferred but not required: Current Florida Notary Public

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
