Service Coordinator Job Details Job Location CALSOURCE FLORIDA - largo, FL Description Job Title: Calibration Service Coordinator Summary: The purpose of the Calibration Service Coordination position is to coordinate aspects of the Calibration Lab including but not limited to schedules, activities, database, support from other vendors, shipping and receiving, purchase orders and purchasing products for clients. Responsibilities: + Perform day to day coordination of the calibration program at the client facility + Proactively schedule the calibration events 30, 60 and 90 days from the calibration due date + Be the front-line liaison between the client and ATS + Work with other ATS labs to support any calibration events that cannot be supported locally + Collect gages from designated locations withing the client facility + Manage, schedule and coordinate the calibration activities for the client’s calibration program + Maintain the calibration database at the client site + Coordinate 3rd party calibration support from other vendors + Prepare shipping and receiving documentation for weekly pickup from our local laboratory or other vendors + Generate purchase orders for parts, repairs, and/calibrations from vendors + Order new products as requested from the client + Other duties as assigned Required Experience and Skills: Education: + Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Experience: + Minimum 5 years of experience a fast-paced customer facing role Skills: + Bilingual - Spanish + Attention to detail + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner on a consistent and daily basis Additional requirements: + Position will require walking at least 40% of the time and sitting 60% of the time in a laboratory and commercial environment.
