**Marketing **& Events **Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly organized and creative marketing & events coordinator to join our engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of social media content and digital assets across our marketing channels; print materials production; and event production while.

Key Responsibilities:
**Social** Media **Coordination**:

- Assist in developing and executing a content calendar for social media platforms for Lakeshore Advantage and SURGE brands (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube.)
- Create engaging social media posts, including writing captions and creating visual graphics, animations, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages promptly.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide performance reports.

**Digital & Print Media** **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality digital assets (presentations, graphics, videos, animations, handouts etc.)
- Execute on website updates and edits.
- Organize and maintain a digital media library for easy access and distribution
- Contribute ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support on project coordination, presentation decks, investor communication. reports and administrative tasks.

**Event Planning and Execution**:

- Coordinate logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Execute memorable brand experiences and activations for investors and members of SURGE.
- In collaboration with Engagement Team, develop event branding, signage, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure sponsorship benefits are fulfilled.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience professional marketing events and social media content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative skills a plus
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality or coordinating events.
- Demonstrated history of follow-through and successful project delivery while working autonomously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
