- Collaborate with business leaders, forging strong professional relationships to deliver HR solutions.
- Support the performance management process ensuring proactive handling of the performance management process and progressive counseling.
- Champion change management and rally support for successful change implementation.
- Effectively resolve employee relations issues, while upholding the company's vision, values, and beliefs.
- Maintain ownership of HR business partner processes for analytical review.
- Support leadership in providing effective leadership development through coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state/local reporting requirements.
- Provide key business data analysis and recommendations to effectively communicate HR products, services, and programs (benefits, compensation practices, orientation, and talent management).
- Communicate the organization's reward and retention philosophy, closely aligning promotion and reward decisions with the business unit's performance.
- Utilize Excel and HR analytics tools to collect, analyze, and report HR metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.

- Exempt position with a salary range of $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
