What you'll do...

Walmart Connect is the retail media "startup" within the world's largest retailer, Walmart, Inc. We're growing rapidly and need a Partner Manager on our Emerging Sales team.

Our Partner Manager on the Emerging Sales team helps businesses grow leveraging advertising solutions powered by proprietary Walmart data. They consult with decision-makers (client-direct and agency partners) to find best approaches based on both business need and proven methods that achieve desired business results.

**You'll sweep us off our feet if...**
- You reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
- You have a deep understanding of the digital advertising competitive landscape, trends, and business models.
- You have a track record of building relationships and consulting with clients on optimal solution implementation - through service, education, and support.
- You've shown the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics.
- You work well in a changing, ambiguous environment, and utilize your problem-solving skills to move the business forward
- You are a mentor and coach to upcoming sales professionals in your organization

**Additional Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions, Search, DR, performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation
- 3+ years' experience managing SMB accounts
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and automated hands-on-keys platforms [self-serve, DSPs, API partners]
- Deep knowledge of measurement & analytics used to evaluate advertising campaign performance Ability to manage a high volume of advertiser accounts

**Additional Information**:
The annual salary range for this position is $ 90,000 to $214,500

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.



Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$132,000.00



Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
