**About the role**:
**What you'll be doing***:
- Collaborate with Media management team - specifically within the Content organization - to understand their talent needs and develop effective people strategies to support business goals
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, statutory obligations and regulations
- Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract, onboard, and retain top talent, including participating in interviews and selection processes when necessary
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and development
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning and development and organizational culture enhancement
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, address issues proactively, and drive informed decision-making
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on career development, professional growth, and work-life balance
- Support organizational change management initiatives, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the HR function
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the organization
**We're excited if you have**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in media with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR initiatives within content organizations
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
