The company focuses primarily on antiviral drugs used in the treatment of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and influenza, including Harvoni and Sovaldi.Position: Project Manager - IIILocation: Santa Monica CA 90404Duration: 9 MonthsJob Type: ContractWork Type: OnsiteJob Description:Manager, Change Management & CommunicationsWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as Manager, Change Management & Communications.This position will provide Change Management expertise supporting Technical Operations. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective design and deployment of change management strategy for major initiatives to help people be successful in charge.Additionally, the change manager will support Global Business Operations projects and changes.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Apply change management process and tools to create strategy for sustained adoption of changeLead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessmentsConduct CM training and workshops to develop Change leadership skills in organizationDevelop content and Facilitate CM discussions in Community of Practice sessionsProvide Change management training and consultation for business partners.Proactive planning to manage and mitigate potential areas of change resistanceServe as a Change Lead for major Tech Ops change initiativeAbility to mediate and de-escalate frustration with changeDesign and deploy comprehensive tailored change management plansConsult business partners on best practices and solutions as CM Subject Matter ExpertConsults Business partners on effective communication techniquesBuild and maintain cross functional relationships with business leads and change championsAssist project team in determining and socializing change value and opportunityDevelop and distribute change communications to the Technical Operations OrganizationDesign and execute communications strategy of major Tech Ops initiativesWork with organization and business lead to develop Communications standards/templatesTranslate high level and complex information to meaningful messaging for appropriate audiencesOccasional International Travel to build relationships European Global partnersOther duties as neededRequirements: 5+ years of experience in change management role in the life sciences and/healthcare or biopharma, industry preferredExperience with large-scale organizational change effortsA solid understanding of the people change processExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsListening to understand needs of people affected by change to foster readiness and successExperience in mindset change, systems deployment, implementation, and lifecycle management,Change Management Certification is preferred (PROSCI, CCMP)BA or BS required, in Business Management/Science/Social science/Engineering/English or ITComfortable with public speaking and leadership presentationsAbility to function in a fast-paced environment while delivering on-time, high quality resultsStrength in communicating and working effectively with broad partners in various functionsStrong quantitative and qualitative skillsAbility to objectively understand perspectives of people across various rolesSelf-motivated and able to work independently to execute strategic directionEnthusiastic team playerTekWissen Group is an equal opportunity/affirmative action Employer (m/f/d/v) supporting workforce diversity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
