A Wholesale Intimate Apparel and Sleepwear company, located in NYC is seeking a Production Coordinator.

The Production Coordinator will assist VP Sourcing & Production in close collaboration with Sales, Product Managers and vendors in overseas and including systems management of sourcing styles, costs, sourcing production time-line follow-up and purchase orders follow up.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the sourcing and costing production process in its entirety
- Send Sourcing Tech Packs to overseas/ vendors and follow up with vendors on price inquiries on daily basis
- Maintain costing sheet and make sure it is up-to-date and accurate
- PLM system management - enter styles/purchase orders etc.
- Communicate with the overseas on production detail for all orders
- Track status of production through T&A reports
- Approve layout of all labels, including integrated hangtags, price tickets, main labels, and carton markings

Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Be an organized self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Strong team player with excellent communication & follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Mandarin or Cantonese a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
- Experience in Blue Cherry a plus
- 3-5 years of apparel production work experience preferred
