Job Description;
- Always maintain a Positive and Professional attitude toward customers.
- Answer phones and direct calls to correct departments or persons.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of the conversions and equipment so that questions and inquiries can be addressed or referred.
- Van Rentals/Loaners COODINATOR. (PREP, WASH, AND DO AIRPORT DROP-OFFS OF RENTALS)
- ASSIST SALES WITH VEHICLE DELIVERIES TO CUSTOMERS’ HOMES AS NEEDED.
- PROCESS TITLE AND LICENSING PAPERWORK FOR CUSTOMER PURCHASES.
- Process credit card payments.
- Monitor and maintain all office supplies/coffee supplies, place orders within proper guidelines.
- Additional administrative work as assigned.
- Input information and print out the Fed ex Air/Overnight labels as needed.
