Sales Assist Support Specialist

A **Sales Assist Support Specialist** is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives who are enrolled in the Sales Assist program by completing a variety of administrative tasks.
The scheduled shift for this position is 10:30am-7pm with the flexibility to cover the operating hours of 7:00am to 8:30pm as needed.
In order to be successful, a **Sales Assist Support Specialist** must possess the following:
- Strong work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
- Proven ability to work with multiple departments and Territory Representatives.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Solid computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on-time, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ongoing flexibility and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our sales and business groups.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run necessary business reports and collating the data as needed.
- Submit various internal requests for TRs such as credit rebills, CRM requests, backorder issues & concerns, etc.
- Complete customer orders at TR requests.
- Enter price overrides for TRs.
- Complete Price Comparisons.
- Assist on special projects when needed.
- Complete Monthly Expense Reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company.
