Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and customer needs to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, including office design, equipment installation, and project management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other events to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the dental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Proficient computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territory.
